information only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy unless there
is a mandatory retention requirement by law.
- 4.2 We will adopt security protection measures that meet industry standards, including
establishing reasonable system regulations and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access,
public disclosure, use, modification of your personal information, and to avoid data damage or loss.
- 4.3 We strongly recommend that you use complex passwords to help ensure the security of
your account.
- 4.4 We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send
to us. If our physical, technical, or managerial protective facilities are compromised, leading to
unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, causing damage to

- 4.5 We strive to protect the application usage data for all users, application usage
data will be saved in the country and Region where user live,user can delete account and delete all the
application usage data at any time. To improve the quality of user access to fyta's content,we will
cache the video,image or 3D contents resources in the CDN(self built CDN or CDN providers).User can also
set the content privately to prevent others from watching.

inform you in a timely manner as required by law and regulations: the basic situation and potential
impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to
independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly notify you of

modify data, you can do so in the following way: Go to the app homepage, click on the "Footprint" tab,
and then click the "Delete" button on the right. This allows you to delete types of personal data such
as footprints, check-ins, and markers.
- 5.3 Changing the Scope of Your Consent or Withdrawing Your Authorization You can delete
information or disable device functions. You can also withdraw all authorization for us to continue
collecting your personal information by canceling your account. Please understand that each business
function requires certain basic personal information to function. Once you withdraw your consent or
authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with services corresponding to the withdrawal, nor will
we process your corresponding personal information anymore. However, your decision to withdraw consent
